When accused of a crime, the thought of navigating through the court system alone can be very daunting. The attorneys at Cofer & Geller understand this and can bring to bear the experience of handling thousands of criminal cases to help you achieve a resolution that minimizes the impact that a criminal accusation has on your life. Having achieved acquittals at trial on behalf of clients faced with charges including attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon and sex assault on a minor, attorneys Frank Cofer and Warren Geller are able to use experience and success to leverage desirable outcomes on behalf of clients who wish to negotiate their case. In fact, in the overwhelming majority of cases handled by the attorneys at Cofer & Geller charges are reduced or outright dismissed. For those wishing to litigate their cases, the law firm of Cofer & Geller has the battle-hardened experience necessary to expose each and every critical inconsistency in the government’s case and to present a compelling defense to the jury.

At Cofer & Geller, we believe our ability to serve our client’s interests so effectively stems largely from the experience of handling cases at all stages in the criminal process: from allegations to appeals. This experience gives our firm the foresight to understand how each step in the process can affect the outcome of a case. With this knowledge, we can maneuver your case in a direction that not only serves your interests at the moment, but protects them in the future as well.  When charged with a crime, you cannot afford to trust your freedom to someone who is learning strategy as they go. You need a firm with a track record of repeatedly achieving results for its clients. Cofer & Geller brings the experience and determination that you need to the table to help you get your life back on track.
